ElMenshawy joined the family business in 2010 and assumed his role in 2020. Established in 1985 by Mohamed Maged ElMenshawy, Manapharma specializes in pharmaceutical and cosmetic manufacturing and distribution. During 2025-26, the company introduced advanced pharmaceutical and personal care technologies and ingredients from global suppliers into the local market. ElMenshawy is also head of the health and pharmaceutical committee in the Egyptian Junior Business Association.
