Mouawad has led ExecuJet Middle East since its inception in 1999, building Dubai’s first private aircraft operator and Fixed Base Operator (FBO). ExecuJet operates two FBO facilities in Dubai at Al Maktoum International Airport and Dubai International Airport, capturing an estimated 40% of the emirate’s private aviation market and serving over 120 destinations as of 2025. Its fleet of managed aircraft grew from 18 in 2024 to 23 aircraft by the end of 2025. Mouawad is also the founding partner and group CEO of Alpha Middle East Holdings.
