Inzerillo has been leading the $63 billion giga-project since its founding in 2018. Diriyah is among the PIF’s flagship masterplans to preserve Saudi culture and heritage, receiving around 1.5 million visitors yearly. In April 2026, it awarded a $490 million construction contract for the Saudi Arabia Museum of Contemporary Art. In H1 2026, Diriyah launched its Grand Avenue district and signed $1.3 billion in contracts. In July 2026, it awarded a $728 million contract for the Waldorf Astoria Superblock. Inzerillo is also a UN Tourism ambassador, chair and governor at the World Economic Forum – Travel, Tourism and Aviation Council, and vice chairman for Forbes Travel Guide.
