Almohanna first joined flynas in 2006 as CFO, became executive vice president in 2008, and assumed his role as CEO in 2015. The company operated 156 routes to more than 80 destinations in 38 countries with more than 2,000 weekly flights as of December 2025. It flew 15.8 million passengers, and revenues reached $2.1 billion in 2025. Almohanna led flynas’ $1.1 billion IPO in June 2025, becoming the first airline listing in Saudi Arabia, and the first in the GCC in nearly two decades. Almohanna is the chairman of MEFIC Capital and JAZL Investments, and sits on the boards of Sabb Takaful, Nitaq Actuarial Services, NAS ExecuJet Company, and Nas Holding, among others.
