Anib became CEO of ADNH in 2016. As of end-2025, ADNH oversees commercial operations for over 12 hotels in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Ajman, which include the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Park Hayat Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas, Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort, Le Meridien Abu Dhabi, Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach, Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai, and JW Marriott Hotel Marina. In 2025, ADNH’s hotels served more than 1.9 million guests. In H1 2026, ADNH reported $421 million in revenue and $28 million in net profit.
