Cordon was appointed COO for the Middle East and Africa in 2022, and his role expanded in 2024 to include Southeast Asia and the Pacific region. In 2025, the group signed over 3,200 keys across the MENA region, with 1,300 launches. In May 2026, it opened the Radisson Collection Residences in Saudi Arabia, the third one in the kingdom.
