EFG Holding is one of the largest financial institutions in MENA with operations across the investment bank (EFG Hermes), non-bank financial institutions (EFG Finance), and the commercial bank (Bank NXT). As of Q1 2025, the company had assets under management of $4 billion regionally. Its investment bank division concluded 39 deals worth $23 billion, including Talabat’s $2 billion IPO on the Dubai Financial Market and LuLu Retail’s $1.7 billion IPO on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange. In January 2025, EFG Hermes completed a marketed offering of a 4% stake in ADNOC Gas valued at $2.84 billion.
