Founded in 1978, Maridive provides offshore marine and oil support services in the Mediterranean and Red Seas, North and West Africa, the Caspian Sea, and Latin America. It also manages activities in India and the Far East. It owns and operates its own fleet and other parties' fleets, with its activities including anchor handling, offshore rig supplying, oil spill recovery, marine salvage, and fire-fighting. Despite recording a net profit of $22 million in 2024, Maridive had accumulated losses that amounted to $199.4 million, which exceeded half of its total equity as of December 2024, with the current liabilities exceeding current assets by $167.1 million.
