Having joined Stryker in 2018, Naoum moved into his current role in 2025. In 2024, Stryker launched its first regional site in Saudi Arabia and announced the opening of its EEMEA Innovation Center in Dubai. Naoum’s professional affiliations include the Mecomed membership. He has previously held various leadership roles at Carestream, Wolters Kluwer, and Eastman Kodak Company.
