Ravichandran has led Ford Middle East as managing director since 2020. In 2024, Ford Middle East recorded its best sales year since 2016, with volumes more than doubling since 2022, outpacing market growth threefold. The brand secured a top-five OEM position in the Middle East two years ahead of its scheduled target. In January 2025, Ford Middle East inaugurated a Parts Distribution Center in Dubai. It also launched FordPass with Ford Connected Services in 2025.
