Raghu Malhotra

Malhotra implements Mastercard’s global strategy across 69 markets in the Middle East and Africa, he sits on the company’s global management committee. Mastercard worked closely with the country’s banking sector and regulatory authorities to launch klip, the UAE’s Digital Cash Platform, with Emirates Digital Wallet in August 2020, a major milestone in the UAE’s push towards digitization and a cashless economy. Malhotra is also working with the Egyptian government to make its New Administrative Capital the region’s first cashless capital, and he played a role in digitizing the entire payment chain for Delivery Hero, the largest food delivery company in MENA. Malhotra is a member of the US President’s Advisory Council on Doing Business in Africa, and the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry International Advisory Council
