Al Braikan has led Retal Urban Development Company since its founding in 2012. As of December 2025, Retal’s development portfolio included 25 projects with a combined value of $6.5 billion, comprising 20 ongoing and five upcoming projects. In 2025, Retal reported $1.5 billion in assets and $650 million in revenues. Al Braikan sits on the board of the Jeddah Central Development Company, among other roles.
