AlMajed founded OSUS Real Estate in 2006. OSUS delivered 3,567 units and holds 4,940 units under construction, as of February 2026. In May 2025, OSUS launched OSUS Eye, a 180,000 square meter mixed-use destination in Riyadh featuring the Hilton Garden Inn hotel and Curio Collection by Hilton-branded residences. OSUS launched OSUS Makan and OSUS Prime at Cityscape 2025.
