Sabbour has been leading the business as CEO since 1994 and became Chairman and Managing Director in 2017. In 2025, Al Ahly Sabbour Developments delivered 1,500 units across Green Square, L’Avenir, and GAIA in Egypt, bringing total handovers to 4,500 units since 2023. That year, it generated more than $590 million in revenue, operating through 19 subsidiaries with a portfolio of over 65 developments across Egypt and the Arab region. In October 2025, the company launched the $234 million Iconic Tower in Oman, while allocating over $1 billion for another three projects in the Sultanate.
