Imtiaz became CEO of Imtiaz Developments in March 2014. Imtiaz Developments has more than 40 projects with a development and sales portfolio exceeding $2.7 billion, including Beach Walk, Côtier House, and the Sunset Bay series. In 2025, Imtiaz Developments launched The Symphony by Imtiaz, a $272.3 million project designed in collaboration with Zaha Hadid Architects, with completion targeted for 2029.
