Alhusaini has been leading TPP since its founding in 2009. It has since delivered 4,000 units and has a pipeline of 5,500 units under construction. In August 2024, it completed two residential compounds in Khobar valued at $330 million. Backed by an estimated $100 million investment, TPP launched infrastructure projects in January 2025.
