Al Otaibi has been leading Ajdan since 2018. The company’s portfolio includes Ajdan Water Front, Infiniti, Bayfront, and Raseen Sedra. In November 2025, it partnered with SEDCO Capital and King Salman Park Foundation to launch a $1 billion mixed-use investment fund to develop a 106,000-square-meter community within King Salman Park. In 2025, it signed the Khobar Pier Development Agreement to develop a 671,000 square-meter mixed-use waterfront destination worth $1.65 billion. Al Otaibi is CEO of alOula and AlKhobar Lakes.
