Nasser has been at the helm of City Edge Developments since September 2024. City Edge was founded in 2017 through a partnership between New Urban Communities Authority and the Housing and Development Bank. It has 40 projects across six destinations in Egypt. As of January 2026, it had completed a total of 26,607 units, with a further 8,296 under construction. In 2025, it launched nine new residential and commercial projects and sold 5,900 units with a total value of $1.3 billion. Nasser previously served as Managing Director and CEO of Heliopolis for Housing and Development.
