Zaki founded PRE Group in 2007 and oversees a portfolio that includes over 10,200 completed units across Egypt. PRE Group has over 11,600 units under construction, including the Big Business District in New Cairo. In November 2025, PRE Group launched the Zaha Hadid Towers. PRE Group also expanded into the hospitality sector in October 2025 with the launch of its first product, Covaya, at Telal Sokhna. In 2025, the EGX-listed company reported $134 million in revenues, and had assets of $1.4 billion. Zaki also serves as the Chairman of Gadwa for Industrial Development.
