In June 2026, it acquired a majority stake in Saudi debt-crowdfunding platform Themar to expand into Saudi Arabia. In 2025, it secured $136 million in SME lending funding from Goldman Sachs and Magellan Capital and was appointed to manage the Future Fund Oman SME funding portfolio. e& enterprise, which acquired a 63.3% stake in Beehive in 2023, remains its majority shareholder. Founder Craig Moore stepped down as CEO in 2025 and was succeeded by Peter Tavener.
