As of December 2025, it had over 140,000 active businesses. In 2025, HALA processed $6.6 billion in transactions and launched its lending business. In September 2025, HALA raised $157 million in a Series B funding round co-led by TPG’s The Rise Funds and PIF’s Sanabil Investments.
