Issa assumed his current position at Apex Health, a subsidiary of Estithmar Holding, in 2022, leading a team of 11, across four countries. In 2025, he led the rebranding of Elegancia Healthcare to Apex Health and oversaw multiple initiatives that helped raise global brand awareness by 250% which included PR, digital marketing, and events. He spearheaded the launch of the Apex Health App, the only healthcare app in Qatar’s private sector, driving a 900% increase in adoption. Issa is an advisory board member of the Global CMO Growth Council, and he is head of the World Council for Medical Tourism’s Qatar Chapter.
