El Goully has been the Chief Corporate Communication Officer of Banque Misr since 2006, overseeing team of 55 people. In February 2026, she led Banque Misr’s Ramadan 2026 ‘Hena Misr’ campaign, generating over 150 million cross-platform views in two days. She also directs the bank’s Community Impact & Nationwide Development Programs, managing annual CSR investments. El Goully is also Head of Sustainable Development Committee at the Federation of Egyptian Banks and a board member of the Foundation for the UN Global Compact Network Egypt, and Egyptian Media Production City Company (EMPC).
