Elzeny has held her current position since October 2010. In 2025, she led the launch campaign of the Bank’s new corporate identity as part of a strategic repositioning supported by infrastructure expansion, and digital development, executed through two mega events. The campaign generated approximately 198 million social media views, achieved an 80% advertising recall rate, and drove customer engagement growth exceeding 1,000%. In 2025, the bank’s total assets grew 50% to $5.7 billion, while its loans and credit facilities portfolio grew 63% to $2.6 billion.
