Ismail assumed her role at Valmore in March 2025. She led the transformation of Egypt Kuwait Holding into Valmore. She also established a marketing, PR and CSR Center of Excellence. In 2025, the group’s revenues grew by 24% to $685 million. Ismail is also an advisory board member at Enactus Egypt, a member of AmCham Egypt, and a guest lecturer and contributor in the fields of marketing, branding, communication, and sustainability at the American University in Cairo.
