Bahri is one of the world’s largest VLCC operators with 50 vessels, it has over 100 vessels and tankers worldwide, and a 1.7 million chemical tanker fleet capacity. It launched the world’s largest mobile desalination barges, set to deliver 150 million liters/day in 2025. Bahri is also implementing SMARTShip technology for real-time performance monitoring, optimized routing, and fuel savings. It is working on reducing its GHG emissions by advanced fleet efficiency programs and alternative fuels R&D. Alsubaey has served as CEO since 2022.
