Aster Volunteers, the CSR arm of Aster DM Healthcare, has impacted over 6.9 million lives with over 85,000 volunteers globally. In 2025, Aster Volunteers collected 750 kg of e-waste across the U.A.E. sites. They also led a tree plantation drive in Ras Al Khaimah, targeting a 100 kg CO₂ reduction. Over 100 volunteers and BEEAH employees made a desert clean-up at Sharjah’s Al Madam Super Bowl to clear harmful waste. In 2024-2025, Aster installed Solar PV systems across hospitals in Jebel Ali, Al Safa, and Al Qusais with 1,340 MWh, resulting in 541 tCO₂e reduction. Moopen founded the company in 1987.
