Al Qassim oversees Wasl Group’s humanitarian and sustainability projects, including the 48-storey ‘1 Billion Meals Endowment’ tower—the tallest endowment tower in the U.A.E.—to support global food security. He also manages the 64-storey Wasl Tower, designed with ceramic fins for energy efficiency. The group collaborated with U.A.E. leadership on Food Tech Valley, launched in 2021, and signed an MoU with MBRHE in December 2024 to advance sustainable housing under the Dubai 2040 Vision.
