In January 2025, Miral announced a Sustainability Strategy targeting a 2030 goal to cut its carbon footprint and improve energy efficiency across Yas Island and Saadiyat Island. In November 2024, Miral and the Yas SeaWorld Research & Rescue Center led a community cleanup in Abu Dhabi, where 250 volunteers removed 961 kilograms of waste from Al Bahya Beach. In April 2025, Miral, in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Municipality and ALEC, planted 300 trees at Al Masar Park in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi. Al Zaabi has led Miral since 2015.
