Between January 2023 and October 2024, Binghatti Holding reduced its annual energy costs by 20%. In July 2025, Binghatti became a founding partner of the Dubai PropTech Hub, a joint initiative of the DIFC Innovation Hub and the Dubai Land Department, which aims to attract $300 million in venture capital by 2030. BINGHATTI adopts measures such as using high-albedo roofing, eco-friendly low-emitting construction materials, efficient HVAC and lighting controls and systems, recycling, and the integration of photovoltaic panels. BinGhatti was the CEO from 2014 and became the chairman in May 2024.
