Mohammed and Obaid Almulla Group has healthcare, hospitality, and real estate divisions. Ishraq Hospitality, the group’s asset management and hospitality division, announced in 2024 that it was planting 2,700 trees in the U.A.E., achieved 50% plastic reduction, reduced energy consumption by 2%, and participated in beach and desert cleaning campaigns. Beshara assumed his role in 2018. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Noor Dubai Foundation.
