Chauhan cofounded and has been leading EFS since 2009. In 2024, EFS achieved an annual reduction of 4,456.28 tCO₂e in GHG emissions through initiatives such as cooling tower optimization with VFDs, operations and solar film changes, and solar energy for EFS India. Chauhan is also the CEO of EFSIM Facilities Management, a Saudi-based subsidiary specializing in cleaning services and bio-clean disinfection solutions.
