It integrates smart infrastructure, IoT, and centralized resource management across its developments through partnerships with Schneider Electric, Huawei, Vodafone, and more, supporting up to 50% greater energy and water efficiency and up to 40% lower operational and maintenance costs as the model scales across the portfolio. Shalaby is also a co-founder and board member of Chapter Zero Egypt, which promotes climate governance among corporates.
