In 2025, Zain launched its climate transition plan outlining its pathway to net zero and embedding climate action into its long-term business strategy. It also earned an upgrade to the top “A” score in the CDP Climate Change 2025 disclosure cycle as the region's only telecom operator at this level, and achieved an MSCI ESG Rating upgrade from “A” to “AA”.
