In 2025, ADNEC Group, a Modon company, signed a 15-year power purchase agreement with Positive Zero to install a 5 MW-peak solar PV on ADNEC’s rooftop. It is expected to generate 8.57 million kWh per year, comprising around 30% of the venue’s energy demand. The group’s recycling and diversion rate also increased from 44% to 61% by the end of 2025, with zero hazardous spills recorded and the number of recycling stations increasing from 24 to 61. In 2026, the group partnered with Emirates Water and Electricity Company to power ADNEC Centre Al Ain, bringing all four venues onto 100% clean, renewable electricity.
