In 2025, Salik partnered with Parkonic and Dubai Holding on ticketless, barrier-free payments covering more than 36,000 parking spaces, reducing vehicle idling. It signed an agreement with Schneider Electric and Vcharge to deploy over 1,800 smart EV chargers across the UAE, integrated with Salik’s E-Wallet. Its three solar-enabled toll gates generated 181,837 kWh, consuming 76,582 kWh on-site and exporting 105,255 kWh to DEWA’s grid. Al Haddad has been CEO since Salik’s establishment.
