SIRC is wholly owned by the PIF. In 2025, Reviva, its Al Khobar-based subsidiary, inaugurated its Reviva JIP Waste Management & Recycling Site in Jeddah. Other subsidiaries include Akam, Yadoum, Azyat, and Electa. In 2025, SIRC signed an MoU with the US-based EIG Management Company to develop and operate waste management infrastructure projects, including $375 million refuse-derived fuel facilities and $250 million end-of-life tires recycling plants. Alrashed became CEO in April 2026 and previously served as SIRC’s COO.
