In September 2025, Binghatti established a DNV-reviewed Green Financing Framework to finance or refinance eligible green buildings. As of June 2025, all Binghatti projects complied with applicable local green building codes, including projects in Jumeirah Village Circle and other Trakhees-regulated areas such as Jumeirah Village Triangle and Palm Jumeirah. Its Mercedes-Benz Places incorporates facade-integrated photovoltaic cells to support on-site electric vehicle charging and is targeting LEED Gold and WELL certifications. BinGhatti became CEO of his father's company in 2015 and chairman in 2024.
