In November 2025, the company announced a partnership with the Egyptian Food Bank. Through the five-month-long ‘Ebny Bokra’ program, Juhayna would provide 200 milliliter cartons of full-fat milk for children. As of 2025, Juhayna dedicated 10,000 feddans of farmland to sustainable agriculture and livestock, with solar power consumption across agricultural operations reaching 4.5 GW. Thabet began his career at Juhayna in 2004 and assumed his current role in 2016.
