24. Abbas Sajwani
Abbas Sajwani is the founder and owner of AHS Properties, a Dubai-based luxury real estate developer. The son of billionaire developer Hussain Sajwani, he founded AHS in 2021 and began by buying and renovating villas in Dubai’s high-end Emirates Hills and Palm Jumeirah. In 2022, he sold the villas and bought land along the Dubai Water Canal for luxury residential towers, which now make up most of the business. In 2025, he bought the long-vacant Big Ben tower in Dubai for $120 million and is now transforming it into a luxury office tower. Before real estate, he owned an internet café and a car wash business and made a small fortune trading Simon Property Group stock between 2020 and 2021. Sajwani was named to Forbes Middle East’s 30 Under 30 in 2024. He is now the youngest Arab billionaire and is ranked among the world’s youngest billionaires.
