Anas Sefrioui is the founder, chairman, and CEO of listed homebuilder Groupe Addoha, which has prospered through government contracts. He now owns a 64.8% stake. The group operates in five African countries and has over 26,000 units in production, 30% of which are in West Africa as of 2025. He made his fortune developing low-cost housing in Morocco. His daughter, Kenza, is the company’s deputy chairwoman.
