Founded by Alaa Al Din Al Gebely and Hala Salah El Din, the group is now led by their son, Ali. It operates across energy, real estate, technology, and communications across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Oman and Romania. Ali founded also ONE Development in 2023, expanding across the UAE and Egypt with $1.2 billion projects and hospitality ventures. He also serves as Managing Director of EHC Investment, a subsidiary of International Holding Company (IHC).
