Diana Holding was founded in 1956 by the late Brahim Zniber. Rita Maria Zniber joined the family business in 1988 and has held her current leadership role since 2014. The Moroccan agro-industrial group operates across agriculture, poultry, beverages, nautical products, plastic packaging, distribution, and retail sectors. Diana Holding manages approximately 8,300 hectares of land through more than 30 subsidiaries and eight business units, employing around 7,200 people.
