90. Khalid Abdulla Al Marzooqi
Al Marzooqi joined Tabreed as CEO in 2021. As of June 2025, Tabreed owns and operates 94 plants across its portfolio: 76 in the U.A.E. and 18 in regional markets including Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, India, and Egypt. The company also manages several international projects and operations. In 2025, Tabreed completed its two largest-ever transactions: the acquisition of PAL Cooling from Multiply Group, valued at around $1 billion in equity, and a $408.4 million long-term district cooling concession with Dubai Holding Investments for Palm Jebel Ali. Al Marzooqi is concurrently Chairman of Tabreed Asia Central Cooling Co., and Tabreed Infrastructure and Central Cooling Services. He started his career as a petroleum engineer at ADCO in the 1990s.
