Al Ali joined the company as CEO in 2024. In Q1 2025, he led the creation of Parkin Company, its separation from the RTA, and its IPO on the Dubai Financial Market, which was 165 times oversubscribed and drew $71 billion in demand. Since listing, Parkin has expanded its parking portfolio and signed several agreements and MOUs, including with DEWA, e&, Dubai Municipality, and Majid Al Futtaim. Al Ali is an active member of the International Association of Public Transport (UITP), Chair of the UITP Global Parking Transformation Working Group, and a board member of the U.A.E. Society of Engineers.
