El Samman joined Rajhi Invest and assumed his current position in May 2021. The company has multibillion-dollar diversified portfolio in different entities including alrajhi bank, Rajhi Steel Industries, Saudi Tourism Development Company, and Berain Water Company, among others. In March 2025, Hassana Investment Company, the investment manager of Saudi Arabia’s General Organization for Social Insurance, acquired a 40% stake in Berain Water Company from Rajhi Invest. El Samman is also the Chairman of Global Beverages Company, General Manager of Daem Real Estate, the Vice Chairman of Al Watania Gypsum Company and a board member of Al Istismar Capital Investment Fund 48.
