Albuty has been at the helm of NHC since November 2016. NHC is responsible for initiatives and projects in the real estate, residential, and commercial sectors. In Cityscape 2024, NHC announced that it has over 39 projects across 17 cities worth $24.5 billion, housing over a one million residents including 88,000 residential units sold, housing more than 50,000 Saudi families. NHC also has international partnership exceeding $10.7 billion. Albuty serves as a Trustee of the National Developmental Housing Foundation (Sakan).
