Al Remeithi served as CEO of Emirates Steel until 2021, when the company merged with Arkan Building Materials to form Emirates Steel Arkan Group, with Al Remeithi appointed as its Group CEO. It later rebranded to EMSTEEL in late 2024. It reported $599 million in revenues in Q1 2026. In 2026, EMSTEEL launched ES600, its high-strength rebar solution designed to support more efficient and sustainable construction and signed a five-year $163.4 million raw material freight agreement with Oldendorff Carriers to transport 5.2 million tons of iron ore pellets annually. Al Remeithi is chairman of the UAE’s Steel Producers Committee, the audit committee at the World Steel Association, and Al Gharbia Pipe Company.
