In June 2024, Banque Saudi Fransi completed its transition to BSF. It provides corporate and commercial banking services to nearly 1.3 million customers across Saudi Arabia. As of March 2025, the bank employed 3,064 people through 81 branches, 387 ATMs, and 29,240 POS terminals in the kingdom. In January 2025, BSF issued a $750 million sukuk, and in March 2025, the bank signed a financing agreement worth $ 1.6 billion with the Diriyah Company to support in development of Wadi Safar. Kingdom Holding Company is BSF’s largest shareholder, with a 16.2% stake.
