Addou joined Royal Air Maroc as its chairman and CEO in February 2016. In March 2025, Morocco's national carrier signed an MoU with China Southern Airlines to expand its interline cooperation and establish a codeshare partnership to enhance connectivity between Africa and China. In June 2025, Royal Air Maroc announced that its summer 2025 program aims to include a record 6.6 million seats, covering over 95 destinations. Addou was previously the CEO of the Moroccan National Tourist Office and held positions at Procter & Gamble and The Coca-Cola Company.
